I’m Carrie.
Struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or perfectionism? You’re not alone. I specialize in helping clients break free from overthinking, relationship stress, and the pressure to always have it all together. Using evidence-based therapy, I provide a supportive space where you can gain clarity, confidence, and real tools for change. Ready to feel more in control? Let’s talk.
You’re Not Lazy, Broken, or Failing—Let’s Untangle What’s Really Going On
You don’t have to keep holding it all together on your own.
If you’re constantly overwhelmed, second-guessing yourself, or wondering why everything feels harder for you than it should—you’re not alone. Maybe you’ve always been the one who “looks fine” on the outside but feels like you’re barely staying afloat. Maybe your mind never slows down, your to-do list is never-ending, and no amount of effort seems to be enough.
That mental load? It’s real—and exhausting. And for many women, especially those with undiagnosed or misunderstood ADHD, it can feel like you're always one step behind.
I specialize in helping clients break free from anxiety, self-doubt, and perfectionism. In our work together, we’ll explore what’s really going on beneath the surface, and I’ll help you untangle the thoughts and patterns that are holding you back.
Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety, depression, and insomnia; Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based CBT for OCD; Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure for PTSD; and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emotion regulation, we’ll build practical tools to help you feel more focused, grounded, and in control.
You don’t have to be “more organized” or “try harder.” You just need the right kind of support—and I’m here for that.
About me and my practice
Who I am
A Bit About Me
My pronouns are she/her, and creating an inclusive, respectful space is at the heart of everything I do. I want you to feel safe, seen, and welcomed—exactly as you are.
I'm a mother, a business owner, and a Navy veteran, and all of those parts of me shape how I show up as a therapist. I bring real-life experience alongside professional training, and my approach is compassionate, grounded, and tailored to you.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, managing OCD, feeling overwhelmed in your relationships, or just trying to make sense of the chaos in your head—I’m here to walk alongside you. No judgment. No pressure. Just support that meets you where you are and helps you move toward where you want to be.
How We’ll Work Together
Therapy with me is a team effort. I bring the clinical training and tools—but you bring your story, your insight, and your lived experience. Together, we’ll figure out what’s working, what’s not, and what you want life to look like moving forward.
We’ll start by setting clear goals so we know where we’re headed and can recognize when meaningful progress is happening. That way, therapy isn’t just open-ended talk—it’s intentional, focused, and tailored to you.
Sometimes the work will feel a little uncomfortable (growth usually is), but I’ll be right there with you—offering support, perspective, and strategies that make the hard parts feel manageable. Along the way, we’ll get curious about how your patterns and reactions developed and explore new ways to respond that align more closely with the life you want.
My hope is that each session leaves you feeling a little more grounded, a little more confident, and a little more like you.

I take a solution-focused, goal-oriented approach—because I know you’re not looking to stay in therapy forever. Most of the time, our work together lasts around 12 to 16 sessions spread out over a few months. That gives us space to dig in, make meaningful progress, and help you start feeling better without dragging things out.
Of course, everyone’s journey is different; treatment might take a bit longer depending on your symptoms. And if you’ve been struggling for a long time or we’re meeting less frequently, we’ll adjust our pace accordingly.
My goal is simple: to help you feel better as soon as possible, with the tools and confidence to keep moving forward—even after therapy ends.

The first session—your intake appointment—is $150. This is where we’ll get to know each other, talk through what’s been going on, and start creating a plan that fits you.
Follow-up sessions are also $150 and typically last about 45 to 55 minutes. I want to make the most of our time together, so each session is focused, supportive, and centered on what matters most to you.
If you have questions about payment, insurance, or what to expect during our work together, I’m always happy to walk you through it.
